Established in 2015, Arnett & Lin Consultants is engaged with a variety of projects related to inventory optimization and NATO codification/ US Federal cataloging. We also specialize in helping foreign companies and organizations who want to bid for US Government contracts or apply for grants in registering SAM.gov, PIEE, WAWF and other platforms, including multilingual translation and annual renewal. After registration, we can assist awarded contractors to prepare for all documentation/ data to meet government contract requirements and qualify for QPL and QML certification.

Our team has decades of experiences and knowledge in US government business processes and the NATO Codification System, which has been adopted by 28 NATO countries and 44 non-NATO partner countries.

Arnett & Lin Consultants also works as a facilitator on the sales of non-ferrous metals, most commonly on aluminum ingots and copper cathodes. We have assisted in facilitating trades with major buyers and sellers in that field.
